SHIPPING POLICY

Slimline Hobbies offers shipping Within Australia and Worldwide. Please read the policies below. Please note that all Shipping and Site Product pricing is in Australian Dollars.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Slimline Hobbies charges $13 flat rate shipping regardless of order size.

It is recommended if ordering products releasing on different dates, to do so in separate orders. If ordering products releasing on different dates in one order, then the entire order will be held until the final item is released.

Australia Post is used for all orders and tracking is added to all orders once shipped.

Please note that Slimline Hobbies is not responsible for any loss/damage incurred during transit. Such responsibility falls under the shipping carrier solely which in most cases is Australia Post or Star Track. Slimline Hobbies is not responsible to compensate any customer for any loss/damage that occurs through delivery. Once the item is given to the respective Shipping carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Slimline Hobbies.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to order sizes and country locations differing from person to person, International Customers are required to make their purchase and pay for it before shipping quote can be provided. It is advised to contact our friendly team with a list of what you're wanting to purchase, your address and a request for a shipping quote before purchasing so you can know what to expect for your shipping quote invoice. After making the purchase, the below rules will apply regardless if you've requested a shipping quote or not prior to purchasing.

Once purchase is made, the warehouse team will pick the order and provide information to our accounts team who will contact you with the Shipping Quote.

Customers will have 30 days to pay the shipping fee. Failure to pay within 30 days from invoice will result in the items being re-stocked and refund will not be given. Please do not waste our time or your money if you don't plan to go through with your purchase.

Card Singles Shipping Estimate: Starting from $15 USD for 1 card or above. (Auspost does not have cheaper rates with tracking so buying just a few single cards won't be the most cost effective).

Booster Boxes and Other Items:

Single Booster Boxes usually start between $15-$20 USD. The larger the order, the more it costs.

RETURN POLICY

Customers in Australia are entitled to return for refund or exchange a product that is defective or non working as the manufacturer intended. Such returns must be requested via our chat service within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please note: Change of mind or "Found it cheaper" returns are not accepted and not applicable under consumer law. Slimline Hobbies will not accept such requests.

Returns are not accepted for Shipping Carier Damage. If your item arrives damaged from Australia Post or other Postal Services, please contact us and let us know. We'll do what we can to provide a replacement where possible but Slimline Hobbies does not cover or insure any products through Shipping. Once it leaves us, it's no longer our responsibility.
