Slimline Hobbies offers the below preorder policy for all Australia-wide and International Customers.

1. Preorders made on Slimline Hobbies are to be considered a tentative order and may or may not be delivered depending on allocation counts. While Slimline Hobbies orders a larger volume from distributors than we get in orders, this does not mean we're guaranteed any or all our distributor orders. In situations where Slimline Hobbies receives less units than we've sold, we will service customers until units run out and refund the remainder immediately. As allocations have become a natural norm for various games such as Pokemon and One Piece and other games, we cannot always guarantee we will be given enough stock to cover everyone. Only Bushiroad games such as Weiss Schwarz, Cardfight, Shadowverse and also Force of Will TCG are more guaranteed to supply any order size we make.

2. Preorder cancellations by the customer are not accepted under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Slimline Hobbies cannot cancel orders made with distributors and suppliers, if we accepted cancellation of orders, it could potentially lead us to major financial and reputational harm. Please be 100% sure you will maintain your order. If your child has taken your device and placed an order, that's on you.

3. Any chargebacks by customers due to us not accepting cancellations or for any other unreasonable reason will be met with any and all legal action we're permitted to take under Victorian Law.

4. For international orders, please note that a shipping quote can only be provided once the item releases and is in our possession where we can check the size, weight and location it is to be shipped to with Australia Post.

5. International Customers will have 30 days to pay the shipping fee once quoted or risk losing the item without a refund. Slimline Hobbies will happily extend this deadline if the request is made before 30 days after invoice has been sent to help customers facing financial hardship. Keep communication open and we'll definitely work with you. If over 30 days have passed without communication, your item will become property of Slimline Hobbies, you will not be permitted to a refund and the item will be re-stocked and sold.

6. Slimline Hobbies is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items through Australia Post. Once orders leave our warehouse and are given to Australia Post, it stops being our responsibility. Slimline Hobbies does accept requests for Insurance Quotes to add additional Insurance for orders over $200.
